Is the homepage preview really free?
Yes. We design it using your brand and products so you can see exactly what you’d get. There’s no obligation to go ahead.
How much does it cost?
$60 a month with no setup fee, or pay for 6 months ($330, $55 a month) or 12 months ($540, $45 a month). Your domain, payment gateway fees and any custom work are charged separately, and custom work is always quoted upfront.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not happy within 30 days of your store going live, tell us and we’ll refund your subscription fee in full.
Can I move from Shopify?
Yes. We bring your products across for you, and on the 12-month plan the move is free.
What are drop pages?
A custom page for a launch or a collection, designed and built by us. Every plan includes 3 a month. Unused ones don’t carry over.
Can I update the store myself?
Yes. Every store comes with an admin where you edit products, prices, stock and promo codes yourself.
Which countries do you work with?
Brands in India and Australia today. Indian stores take payments through Razorpay or Cashfree and ship with Shiprocket. Stores elsewhere take payments through Stripe and can sell in other currencies.
